Keeping all the above aspects in mind, company has created a modern R&D facility to develop new products and update the existing technologies of manufacturing to get the best quality products. Each and every developed technology, quality protocols and products shelf life is verified and validated before transferring the same to the production. The department is equipped with all sorts of required instruments and infrastructure ably supported by a team of highly qualified and experienced scientists of different disciplines.
Our Manufacturing facilities have a well equipped state-of-the-art manufacturing unit with modern machineries and latest technologies meet the required GMP standards. Our unit is fitted with machines that are required in different types of extraction processes, multi stage solvent recovery, evaporators and dryers.
Infrastructure is an important part of our organization and is regularly upgraded to keep abreast with the changing technologies, emerging trends and requirements. Our machines are competent enough to manufacture customized products as per the specifications. Some of the commonly used machinery that we have in our manufacturing unit are:
- Solvent Distillation Unit
- Vacuum, Spray and Fluid Bed Dryers
- Packing Area equipped with dehumidifiers
In addition to these we also have other essential utilities like DG sets, vacuum pumps, oil heating systems to fasten the production process.
All operations are carried out using mechanized technology that ensures almost no human handling operations. This brings uniformity in production, avoids contamination and ensures reproducibility and consistency in production for every batch.
